Effective October 31, 2026Privacy policy
How we handle your information.
Hardwood Floors of the Rogue Valley respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected through https://www.hardwoodfloorsrv.com, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you submit a website form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, customer or project type, and details about your flooring, material, or rental needs. You may also provide information when you call, visit the showroom, or otherwise contact our team.
Information collected automatically
Our website and service providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, referral sources, visit times, interactions, and cookie identifiers. Optional analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use the website. Call tracking helps associate calls with website visits and marketing sources. Hosting and security providers may process technical information even when you reject optional tracking.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, discuss products and availability, prepare for showroom visits, support orders and rentals, provide requested referrals, and maintain ordinary business records. We use technical and usage information to operate and protect the website, prevent spam or misuse, understand visits and inquiries, and improve the website and our services.
Form processing and service providers
Website form submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf. Hosting, security, and other technical providers may also receive limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs as needed to operate and protect the website. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Learn more in Formspree's privacy policy, How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and CallRail's privacy notice. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share inquiry and contact information with form-processing and business service providers that help us respond to you. We may share technical information and usage data with hosting, security, analytics, and call-tracking providers as described above, and project and contact details with independent installers or other professionals when you ask us to make a referral. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, customers, or business.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, support our business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
To ask about information we hold about you, request access, a copy, correction, or deletion, or ask about recipients of your information, call (541) 773-4144, write to 624 Rossanley Drive, Suite 101, Medford, OR 97501, or use our contact form and identify your message as a privacy request. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including opting out of certain processing or appealing a denied request. You or an authorized representative can use these same contact methods to request an opt-out or appeal; please identify the request or decision involved.
We may need information to verify your identity or a representative's authority before disclosing or changing personal information. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions, including records we must retain. You can also choose not to submit a website form and contact the showroom by phone instead.
Cookies and optional tracking
We use Google Analytics to measure website visits, Google Tag Manager to deliver measurement tags, and CallRail to understand calls associated with website visits. These services may process device and browser information, pages visited, referral sources, and interaction details, and may store cookies on your device. The website sends denied settings for Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization.
Analytics and call tracking load by default unless you have previously rejected optional tracking or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Choose Accept to save your preference and dismiss the banner while tracking continues. Choose Reject optional to turn off optional tracking; the page reloads to stop running tracking services and remove known first-party tracking cookies. Rejection prevents these services from loading on later visits while your preference is saved. Rejecting does not undo information already sent before your choice. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling optional tracking.
We store your cookie preference in a necessary first-party cookie for up to 180 days. It remembers your choice rather than measuring your activity. Clearing your cookies or using another browser or device may require you to choose again. Website hosting, security, and services you request, such as submitting an inquiry, still operate when optional tracking is rejected.
Tracking cookie lifetimes and provider retention periods vary by service and configuration. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Your saved website choice applies to this browser and device; it does not automatically change settings on other websites or delete information already held by providers. When a saved preference expires or is cleared, tracking returns to the default described above unless Global Privacy Control is enabled.

Privacy and tracking choices
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information, including the analytics and call tracking that load by default. The cookie banner's Accept button saves your tracking choice and dismisses the banner; Reject optional turns off optional website tracking as described in the cookie section. Using the website, sending an inquiry, or accepting these terms does not override a saved rejection or Global Privacy Control. You can continue browsing and contact us after rejecting optional tracking.
General information
The website provides general information about flooring, brands, professional materials, showroom services, and equipment rentals. Content is provided for convenience and does not replace an in-person product review, written quote, manufacturer instructions, or professional advice for a specific project.
Product appearance and suitability
Wood, stone, resilient flooring, and other finish materials can vary in color, grain, texture, sheen, and appearance.
